In the video, it emphasizes the importance of effective classroom assessment. It also talks about the importance of meeting the needs of all students in an order of having workshop participants make a seperate schedule but simmilar to the lesson in a way the students will understand. I have observed a class that was just like this 2 years ago. It was a First grade class and had 2 students with IEP's and a teachers assistant to help out who worked with those two students in a matter that helped them but at the same time didnt distract the class or frustrate the 2 students as if someone was watching over their shoulder. Those two students went on to keep grades higher and that is a important aspect of teaching
